SKJVB.ONLINE äger och driver Projektet SKJVB helt privat. SKJVB vars ändamål är att översätta och lägga upp den Svenska översättningen av King James Bibeln på vår webbadress. Personuppgiftspolicy

SKJVB förbinder sig att följa Personuppgiftslagen (PuL) vars syfte är att skydda Konsumenternas personliga integritet. SKJVB värnar om den personliga integriteten och prioriterar därför i första hand alltid skyddet av all information du anförtror oss och givetvis följer vi de lagar och regler som finns angående sekretess för att skydda din integritet. 

På SKJVB kommer du som besökare INTE att utnyttjas med syfte eller praxis till någon somhelst insamling eller lagring av privat information. Om kontaktad kommer SKJVB inte att lämna ut besökarens person- kontaktuppgifter till tredje part, såvida inte detta krävs, som tvingande regler eller domstolsorder. SKJVB använder sig av cookies. Payson - Svea köpevillkor

Betalning mot faktura

Om du väljer att betala mot faktura via Payson så är betalningsvillkor är 14 dagar och fakturan kommer att skickas till din e-postadress. För att betala mot faktura måste Du ha fyllt 18 år, vara folkbokförd i Sverige samt godkännas i den kreditprövning som genomförs. Företag som betalar mot faktura måste vara registrerade i Sverige och ska betala inom 30 dagar. Läs mer här.

Handla mot faktura

I samarbete med Payson erbjuder vi dig att betala köpet mot faktura. Du måste ha fyllt 18 år och vara folkbokförd i Sverige samt godkännas i kreditprövningen. Om du gör köpet för ett företags räkning ska det vara registrerat i Sverige och du vara behörig firmatecknare för företaget samt företaget godkännas i kreditprövningen. Fakturan kommer att sändas separat med e-post till den e-postadress som anges vid köptillfället. Betalningsvillkor är 14 dagar. Vid utebliven betalning skickas betalningspåminnelse varvid lagstadgad påminnelseavgift om för närvarande 60 kr tillkommer. Dröjsmålsränta debiteras med 2 % per månad från fakturans förfallodag. Payson förbehåller sig rätten att i enskilt fall neka leverans och ompröva beställarens kreditvärdighet. Mer information och fullständiga villkor finns här.

Information om ångerrätt

Enligt Lag (2005:59) om Distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler har Du som konsument (detta gäller ej företag) rätt att frånträda avtalet genom att meddela oss detta inom 14 dagar från mottagandet av varan. För att Du ska kunna nyttja din ångerrätt måste Du returnera varan i oskadat skick, i originalförpackning. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätten är det Du som står för returkostnaden.

SKJVB.ONLINE is privately owned and operated by Project SKJVB. SKJVB whose purpose is to translate and post the Swedish translation of the King James Bible on our web address. Payson - Svea terms of purchase

Payment by invoice

If you choose to pay by invoice via Payson, the payment term is 14 days and the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. In order to pay by invoice, you must be at least 18 years old, registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is carried out. Companies paying by invoice must be registered in Sweden and must pay within 30 days. Read more here.

Shop by invoice

In cooperation with Payson, we offer you to pay your purchase by invoice. You must be 18 years old and registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check. If you make the purchase on behalf of a company, it must be registered in Sweden and you must be an authorized signatory for the company and the company must be approved in the credit check. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address specified at the time of purchase. Payment terms are 14 days. In the event of non-payment, a payment reminder will be sent whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 will be added. Late payment interest is charged at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to reassess the customer's creditworthiness. Information about the right of withdrawal

According to the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Agreements outside business premises, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs.
